Which is not to say the products are unimportant; Alverna has taken great care to ensure that the products featured on www.AmazingSilverJewelry.com are of the highest quality. “I did some research, and I went through the web sites of a few suppliers,” she says. “I chose jewelry that I liked particularly for myself.”

In the future, Alverna plans on focusing even more on her customers’ experience, as well as expanding her business horizons. She says, “I ran a business for 14 years in Manhattan, and I had a good rapport with my employees and customers alike, so I know I can give good customer service. I do believe that the customer is always right, and I’m someone they can count on. I intend to grow, not only in the jewelry business but in other business ventures, as well. This is basically my first start, but I intend to market at least another 5 web sites in the near future. I’m very dedicated to what I do.”
