OMEGA Flagship Boutique Opens in NYC

On April 4th, OMEGA opened the doors to its flagship store on Fifth Ave. This is the first-ever New York City boutique for OMEGA, a Swatch Group brand, that boasts celebrity fans such as Nicole Kidman, Angelina Jolie and George Clooney, and is the official timekeeper of the Olympics.

To celebrate this momentous occasion, as well as mark the 40th anniversary of the first lunar landing, the new limited edition Platinum Speedmaster Professional Apollo 11 Moonwatch will initially be available exclusively at the New York City boutique. Also, the original OMEGA watch worn by JFK, which the new launch is modeled after, will be exclusively displayed at the store.

The boutique exemplifies the essence of the brand both in architectural structure and shopping experience. Innovative elements of the boutique include:

One-on-One Watchmaker Consultations – OMEGA watchmakers will be on-site to personally meet with customers and take them through the intricacies of the watch they are considering purchasing.

European Shopping Experience – Unlike other timepiece stores in NYC where consumers shop directly from the counter, OMEGA will provide its clients with a European shopping experience where options are brought to them based on their specific interests and criteria.

Watch Loan Program – OMEGA will provide a temporary watch for consumers who are awaiting their watch to return from being serviced.

The flagship boutique will have an expanded collection of watches to include one of every OMEGA watch in production. Champagne and a cappuccino bar will be on-site in order to ensure a truly enjoyable shopping experience.
