Lipsy latest on board for fashion comparison site

Stylecompare, the new fashion comparison website, has boosted its service offering by adding trendy label, Lipsy, into its collection.
Lipsy, favourite of celebrities including Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Kimberly Stewart and The Saturdays, pushes the range of fashion labels to over 500, making Stylecompare a must for online clothes shopping.
Co-founder of the Nottingham-based company, Jonny Challenger, says: “We spotted an enormous gap in the market, which was essentially the lack of ability to choose. By displaying products from a range of different fashion retailers, all in one place, we are able to give customers much more choice compared to typical fashion websites.
With the huge number of products on our site, it was essential to make it as easy as possible for customers to find exactly what they were looking for. While the major brands let you filter your choices by colour and brand, we also allow you to specify a type, style, fit and material. So rather than just having a page for dresses which you have to scroll through to find the product you want, we have a page for maxi dresses, silk dresses, strapless dresses and hundreds of others. No other retailer provides this level of flexibility. ”
Stylecompare includes fashion pieces to suit each end of the budgetary scale – and everyone in between, including clothing from Miss Selfridge, Urban Outfitters, Vivienne Westwood, Paul Smith and Helmut Lang, catering for both bargain hunters and seasoned fashionistas. It stands apart from the crowd, comparing not only price but quality and style. Taking the example of that typical wardrobe must, a LBD, for example, there are 300 black dresses on the site with a price range between £5 and £500, so everyone can easily find the product they are looking for.
“Add to this the fact that the ranges are bang up to date and the availability of vouchers and special offers we always publicise, it’s easy to see we’re dedicated to servicing the savvy fashion shopper”, says Jonny. “We’re always acting on feedback from our customers – and if that means terminating a relationship with a brand that doesn’t satisfy our customers, we’ll do it. We are looking to add another label each week to maintain our growing reputation as the first port of call for online clothes shopping.”
