THE ENTIRE ALICE + OLIVIA COLLECTION IS NOW JUST A CLICK AWAY

December 4, 2009 by

New York, NY –December 3, 2009 – Fashion house alice + olivia announces today the much-anticipated launch of it’s first-ever e-commerce boutique, www.aliceandolivia.com, on December 2, 2009. The site will allow consumers to view the entire alice + olivia collection including items exclusively online.

What will make this e-commerce unique is that site will serve as a window into the world of alice + olivia and will allow people the chance to experience the creative process of designer and founder, Stacey Bendet. Not only will the entire selection of current pieces be available to purchase, but the blog and twitter sections will provide visitors with constant updates on the design team’s work for upcoming seasons. A weekly email of Stacey’s current picks and behind-the-scenes video of the creative process will create a distinctive experience for consumers. The new site will allow customers the chance to get up close and personal with their favorite fashion brand in a fresh and innovative way.

Fans of alice + olivia have been anxiously awaiting the launch of e-commerce since their debut collection in 2002. However, it wasn’t until Stacey met website developer Mathew Siskin, who she describes as her “digital love” from Designed Memory that her vision for the website and e-commerce came to life. Combining their unique talents, they created an online universe that reflects the spirit, aesthetic and personality of the alice + olivia brand.

“The moment I met Matthew Siskin I realized I had found an online partner who could truly bring the alice + olivia brand and aesthetic to life online. I am excited about all the new ways we will be able to interact with our customers,” said Stacey Bendet, whose own career experience has roots in web design.
