Top emerging designers in the country showcased Fall 2012 Fashion Collections

NEW YORK, Feb. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Fashion legend Andre’ Leon Talley was honored at Emerge! A Fashion Runway Show held during New York Fashion week at theBroad Street Ballroom on February 14, 2012.  Adding to the excitement of the evening the award was presented to Andre by legendary designer and President of the CFDA Diane Von Furstenberg.  The spectacular program was hosted by actress Tracee Ellis Ross with co-host model Chavis Aaron.

Emerge! is one of the top emerging designer collective showcases during fashion week, over 500 guests, were in attendance in anticipation of the fashion industry’s brightest upcoming designers who presented their Fall 2012 fashion lines.  Emerge! provides designers with an opportunity to propel themselves into the spotlight on a national stage.
